ORDERS


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country). During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order.

Please note: Due to the COVID-19  pandemic, orders may take slightly longer to arrive.


MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WHERE IS IT?
If you have ordered your package with tracking, please refer to the tracking number provided. If you ordered without tracking, please be patient. Your ENDNGRD order is on its way!

In the event import duties are owed to release/deliver your package, you as the buyer are responsible for paying the duties. ENDNGRD is NOT responsible for paying any duties owed on packages. If delivery is refused due to paying the import duties, you forfeit all rights to a refund on your item/s.

Once your order has been shipped out, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by the shipping company. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping company.

Email us as soon as possible at info@endngrd.com for any changes and we'll try our best to fulfil your request! We can't promise anything if you leave it too late!

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Your confirmation email may have been sent to your spam/junk folder. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the confirmation email. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us so that we can resend your confirmation.

WHERE ELSE DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS?
ENDNGRD merchandise is only sold at www.endngrd.com. We do NOT sell our merchandise on any other website.

A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT. WILL YOU RESTOCK?
Once an item is sold out, it's gone for good! The only possibility of a restock is if there is enough demand to bring a product back. To avoid missing out, we strongly recommend you sign up to our newsletter and follow our social media channels.

THE ITEM(S) I BOUGHT WENT ON SALE. CAN YOU REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE?
We do not do price adjustments. Also, discount codes and various promotions are not retroactive.
